Better than any painting, the sky is never the same. Hawks, song birds, hummingbirds and an occasional eagle often grace the view. And on some special clear nights in early spring, the lights of Wisconsin can be seen from across Lake Michigan. Spectacular panoramic views of starry skies and Northern Lights often fill nights accompanied only by songs of crickets, night birds, whippoorwills and the wind.
