David began his hospitality real estate career with Habour, joining the firm in 1985. He has been the recipient of several national sales awards (HBI), and was a three time winner of the “Most Hotel/Motel Sales” by an individual salesman. He has successfully handled hundreds of transactions, involving all types of hospitality real estate.
David purchased the company in 1996, after establishing a solid reputation for honesty and integrity in the hospitality industry. He has a proven track record of confidential seller representation, a keen eye for matching prospective buyers to quality properties, and possesses exceptional negotiating skills. During his career, David has become well versed in all aspects of hospitality real estate transactions including; financing, franchise transfer/PIP requirements, buyer/seller coordination and is well known for his ability to overcome obstacles and guide deals to a successful closing.

For twenty years following graduation from the University of Michigan Suzanne held what was ultimately the most rewarding position of her life, that of a full time mother to three sons. During that time she was extensively involved in volunteer activities in the schools and community, as well as continuing to pursue her interest in interior design .
Eventually her professional life commenced and she spent several years in media sales and marketing. That background merged ideally with her real estate career, allowing her to provide a constantly evolving creative marketing approach to the sale of real estate properties.
Over the course of Suzanne's lengthy career as a Realtor she has prided herself on providing uncompromising customer service toward the goal of ensuring that the home selling and home buying experience be positive and rewarding for all parties . Suzanne is gratified that her business continues to grow, swelled by referrals from satisfied Sellers and Buyers.

Denis is a Western Michigan Native, born in Whitehall. He has lived in the Manistee area for 25 years. In 1962 Denis joined the United States Air Force, and served 4 years during the Vietnam War era. Denis is a graduate of Whitehall High School, Western Michigan University, and also pursued graduate work at Lake Superior State University. During a 30 year banking career, he was President and CEO of FOA bank in Sault Ste. Marie, FMB Bank in Manistee, and Huntington Bank (Northern Region). Following his banking career, Denis became a Real Estate Broker and consultant (Denis Meikle, Inc.) and has been in the field for the past 10 years.
Denis is also active in the community and has been the president of the Chippewa Commerce; chair of the West Michigan Tourist Association, and a founder of the Ramsdell Theatre restoration group in Manistee. He has also served as a trustee of West Shore Community College.
